Clear legal context belongs to a platform that wants to earn trust.

This page explains the legal context for using Amuneth, our websites, reports, scans, publications and platform modules. The goal is clarity about service boundaries, liability, responsible use and intellectual property.

Transparency

What we publish is meant to help, not to obscure.

We describe not only rights and limitations, but also the practical limits of scans, recommendations and public information.

1. Scope of the website and platform

Amuneth provides information, publications, assessments, reports, account access, training modules, specialist capacity and supporting security functionality. Not every public or free component is a full service agreement. Some parts are public, others require registration or paid follow-up.

2. Informational character

Public information, CTI publications, basic checks and first reports help organisations gain faster insight. They do not automatically replace legal advice, formal compliance advice, forensic investigation or a full technical implementation trajectory.

3. Scans and assessments

Scan functionality may only be used for systems, domains, tenants or environments for which the user is authorised. By starting a scan, the user confirms ownership, authorisation or another valid basis for performing the check. Amuneth may require additional verification before deeper analysis.

4. No guarantee of completeness

A report, scan or finding is always a snapshot within the scope, technical possibilities and visibility at that moment. The absence of a finding does not mean that no risk exists.

5. Recommendations and execution

Assessment output may lead to recommendations, roadmaps or paid implementation support. A concrete execution obligation exists only when separate agreements have been made. Until then, recommendations are directional advice within the described context and priority.

6. Intellectual property

Amuneth content, report structures, designs, software components, publications, CTI content, scan setup and report output remain protected where applicable. Internal use in line with the service purpose is allowed; republication, resale or redistribution requires prior permission unless agreed otherwise.

7. Availability and third parties

We aim for a stable and secure platform, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, security measures, provider issues, abuse prevention or external dependencies may affect availability or functionality. External links remain the responsibility of their operators unless explicitly part of our service.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Amuneth liability is limited to direct damage demonstrably resulting from attributable failure within the agreed service. Indirect damage, consequential damage, business interruption, reputational damage, missed savings or damage from incorrect application of recommendations is excluded or limited where legally permitted.

9. Responsible use and disclosure

The platform may not be used for unauthorised scanning, deception, account abuse, data extraction outside the service purpose or testing systems without authorisation. Security issues can be reported via info@amuneth.com and must be handled carefully and proportionately.

10. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to the use of Amuneth and this legal information, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Disputes are submitted to the competent court unless parties agree on another valid dispute resolution method.

Practical summary

  • Public checks and publications provide direction, not absolute guarantees.
  • Use scans only when authorised.
  • Deeper support requires separate agreements.
  • Amuneth protects content, method and platform design.
